Returns 

To start a return, you can contact us at earthclan0815@gmail.com explaining why you want to return the item.  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as, instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us. Do not send is the item purchased without first requesting a return, so that we can evaluate the issue before further steps can be taken otherwise returned item will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right

If you receive an item that is damaged contact us via email to request to return the item. We will send you a return shipping label. You must ship the item back using return shipping label provided within 15 days upon receiving shipping label in the condition (damaged) that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Also, see refund section in correlation to this issue. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for item you want. 

Contact us via email at earthClan0815@gmail.com to request a shipping label to return item. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Upon approval, we will send you a return shipping lable for you to the ship the item back to us in original packaging, undamaged, using return shipping label provided within 15 upon receiving shipping label.
