What if I want to return an item can I be refunded? Yes. If you want to be refunded for an item purchased, you must contact us via email to inform us of desire to return item for refund with explanation for return. Upon approval, we will send you a return shipping lable for you to the ship the item back to us in original packaging, undamaged, using return shipping label provided within 15 upon receiving shipping label.

If you receive an item that is damaged contact us via email to request a refund then send the item back using return shipping label provided within 15 days upon receiving shipping label.

What if I don't have the original packaging or return label, can I still return the item if I don't have original packaging or return label? Yes however you are responsible for labeling and shipping costs.

Can I order multiple pieces/bulk orders of the same item? No items are made as a solo unit without duplication to maintain its originality and uniqueness.

Do you provide tracking numbers? Yes. You will receive a confirmation with the tracking number once item is shipped to the email or phone number you provided at checkout.
